Pickles 2.0

Dill Standard (for 1.5 lb cucumbers in 1L mason)

  • 250 mL (1c) apple cider vinegat
  • 250 mL (1c) water
  • 35g (2 tbsp salt)
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 4 cloves garlic smashed
  • 2 tsp dill seed or 1 sprig fresh dill
  • 1/2 tsp mustard seed
  • 10 black peppercorns
